What the service is designed to do
Ascensiona Search helps improve how clearly a business can be understood, supported and discovered across answer-driven search and AI-assisted research. Depending on the service, work may include visibility analysis, competitor review, citation research, technical improvements, structured data, content improvements, monitoring and reporting.
No ranking or citation guarantee
Ascensiona cannot guarantee that a third-party search engine or AI platform will rank, cite, mention, recommend or include your business. Those platforms control their own crawling, indexing, ranking and answer-generation systems.
Results can change
AI answers may vary by platform, wording, location, user context, timing and model changes. Monitoring is therefore designed to identify meaningful patterns and trends rather than promise a permanent fixed position.
Access and customer cooperation
Where implementation is included, timely access to the website, relevant business information and any required approvals may be necessary. Delays in access, approvals or third-party cooperation can affect delivery timing.
Website and content changes
Managed plans may include agreed website, content or structured-data improvements. The exact amount and type of implementation depends on the purchased service. Large redesigns, major development projects, extensive new content programmes or unrelated digital work are not automatically included unless expressly agreed.
Third-party platforms and data
Ascensiona may use third-party search, analytics, AI, crawling, business-data or monitoring services as part of delivery. Their availability, pricing, limits, interfaces and data can change. We may adapt methods where reasonably necessary to continue delivering the agreed outcome.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for telling us about material changes that could affect the service, such as new locations, services, ownership changes, rebrands or major website changes.
Approvals and published content
Where customer approval is needed before publication, implementation may pause until approval is received. Ascensiona is not responsible for delays caused by missing approvals or access outside our control.
Measurement and reporting
Reports are intended to help explain visibility, competitive movement and recommended next steps. Metrics should be interpreted as indicators of change, not guarantees of sales, leads or revenue.
Connected Ascensiona services
Where you also use Ascensiona Sites, Cloud Hosting or other Ascensiona services, Search work may be coordinated across those services when it improves delivery. Each service keeps the scope and responsibilities confirmed in its accepted agreement.
Commercial terms
Billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, project timing and any service-specific allowances are governed by the proposal, subscription or service schedule you accept when purchasing. Existing accepted customer agreements are not automatically changed by later updates to public website pricing.
